Where do you ship to?
We ship door to door within Hong Kong, Macau & China.
For international shipments we ship small parcels by Hong Kong Post or DHL.
For large shipments we ship by LCL or FCL all over the world.
Do you offer shipping & installation service?
Yes. Flat rate shipping is $300 & installation is $200 for most orders.
Hours of Operation - When are you open?
We are open Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm.
We are also open most public holidays & statutory public holidays excluding Christmas Day, New Years Day and Chinese New Years from 12pm-6pm.
Where is my order?
Most of our products are made to order and can expect a fabrication lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks. For custom orders that are beyond the scope of our standard products this may incur an additional lead time of 2 weeks.

How do I get to your showroom?
Our showroom is an easy 10-15 minute walk from most subway lines.
If you are coming from Olympic Station, walk towards Mong Kok's famous Dynasty Theatre, Langham Place, Mong Kok's Famous Wet Markets, Mong Kok Computer Centre, the Ladies Market or Flower Market.
If you are taking the MTR there are a few lines that are close by. We are equidistant between the Mong Kok & Prince Edward MTR. We are just a few additional minutes from the Mong Kok East and Olympic MTR lines.
Most people take the Mong Kok MTR and exit A2.
If you are driving, please note that we do not have a dedicated parking garage and street parking will be limited especially during peak hours. There are 2 large parking structures within 1 block walking. Please circle around the block and they are an easy find. One is by the Dynasty Theatre, another is across the street from the Lodge Hotel.
For Trade (Architects, Designers, Businesses) - Do you offer a trade discount?
Yes we do. Please shoot us an e-mail at [email protected] with your Contact Name, Business Full Name & Business Card or Business Registration Certificate.
We have an MOQ of HK$10,000. This does not need to be made in one purchase. If you have a smaller order you can accumulate your spend to meet our MOQ goal over time.
