Shipping & Delivery

Flat Rate Shipping $300

Free Delivery for orders above $10,000

Delivery Fee excludes walk ups, walk downs, areas inaccessible by private car or areas that require a special permit/license.  Certain areas, surcharges may apply.

Installation Flat Fee $200 

Installation Fee is 1.5% of the Sub Total Cost for orders above $25,000

Installation Fee excludes installation of all lighting. At this time we cannot make modification to your interior including but not limited to drilling into your wall, ceiling or floor. 

Most orders are made to order and require a fabrication lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks. Most orders will begin fabrication within 1 working day from order placement. After your order has begun fabrication, we are unable to make modifications to your order.

Privacy & Security

All your information is used for internal use only. We do not sell or give away your information to anyone. At times we may send you an e-mail notifying you about events but they are really worth it. 

Returns & Replacements

No Refunds. All orders must be inspected and signed for by the end user. Please inspect your item(s)  thoroughly. Once you sign for your order we cannot arrange an exchange or replacement. All items are inspected by our warehouse staff prior to delivery. Please take into consideration all the items we deliver are very large pieces  or travel with very large pieces and can experience hiccups during transportation. We try our utmost best to ensure your items are transported safely. However, in the rare event  you notice any visible defect in your order we will amend your furniture or arrange a replacement. You must submit a photo at the time of delivery, before you sign for the item for us to arrange a replacement. We are unable to arrange a replacement AFTER the delivery team has left under any circumstance. 

If you are unsure about an item prior to purchase you can also use our free rental service to test the item prior to purchase because we cannot make replacements based on dislikes of size, color or style. 

In addition we offer free space layout suggestions. This means if you send us your plan or building name, floor and unit, we can assist you to understand how the furniture will fit into your space by make a scaled drawing representing the furniture in relationship to your space. We will try our best to make sure your item will fit how you like it.

If you order a large piece of furniture, it is YOUR responsibility to notify us of your lift dimensions. If you are unsure if an item will fit your lift, door, corridor or staircase, please send us the dimensions PRIOR to ordering so that we can check if the item will fit. If it will not fit we can tailor make the size to fit your lift or offer an alternate similar suggestion. 


All orders can be made online here at or at our showroom at 9/F, Unit A Fuk Chiu Factory Building, Mong Kok Kowloon.

If you are unsure about a size, color or style, you should visit the showroom first to make sure you like it because after we start making your order we cannot stop production. If we do not happen to have your item in our showroom, you may also request a sample at [email protected] and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Samples may take up to 2 weeks to arrive at our showroom.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All orders are placed in Hong Kong Dollars unless you are an overseas company, in which case we will use your preferred currency.

We accept most major credit cards, direct debit by HSBC, company cheque and cash payments at our showroom.

For all bank transfers, you are responsible for any transaction fees. 

You many only use one promotion at a time. No two promotions may be used at the same time unless otherwise indicated.
